Chanted Meditations
Chanted group meditations, also known as pujas, help us to accumulate merit (positive inner potential), purify negativity, and receive blessings.
Chanting is very helpful in enabling us to develop a happy mind of appreciation and faith. Usually when we read aloud it disturbs our concentration. During puja, the most important thing is faith, whether we understand the meaning or not. Chanting is not like ordinary song; it is very blessed.
