Patient acceptance is a strong and courageous state of mind that is our ally in the face of adversity. In this series, you’ll learn practical techniques to develop an open, accommodating and peaceful heart that can sustain a happy mind regardless of changing circumstances, which will be appreciated by everyone in our life.
Classes include simple guided breathing meditations and practical advice for daily life. Class is followed by refreshments if you would like to stick around to chat with the teacher and other attendees. No previous experience is necessary, drop in anytime. Everyone welcome!
