Morningside Weekly Meditation Classes
Drop in weekly meditation classes that are suitable for everyone. Learn simple and effective breathing meditation techniques to calm the mind and develop inner peace well being and happiness.
Classes will be on break after Thursday 5 July class – will resume Thursday 23 August – break is due to the annual International Kadampa Summer Festival in UK, which many of the local meditation teachers and students aim to attend each year
