Healing our Body – Sunday 28 May 

Learn helpful and practical meditations to cultivate a healthy body and a peaceful mind. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from our mind, and many of the problems we experience, including ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. The real path to wellbeing lies in healing both body and mind. This morning retreat will explore how we can begin to heal ourselves and our world through meditation.

It may feel as if our lives are stuck, but we can change things. Why? Because the way we experience the world depends entirely on our state of mind. Heal your mind from negative energy and create positive energy within by relying upon the powerful purification practice of Vajrasattva.
