It may seem as though our daily life and all its challenges are getting in the way of our inner peace. If we check more deeply, we are holding on to our perceived problems, leading to anxiety and more and more inappropriate attention – dwelling, exaggerating, conceptualising, elaborating these problems in our mind. This mental habit pattern can lead to stress or a feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed.
In weekly Saturday morning meditation classes, discover practical tools to begin rethinking our difficulties, to find ways of letting go of negativity, enjoying a calm and spacious mind and proactively solving daily problems from within this inner calm.
