Anger and irritation robs us of our peace and happiness in the present moment and over time can harm our relationships and cause much tension and stress. There are many instances throughout our day when we are faced with unwanted experiences, and in order to become free of the build-up of anger and irritation in our mind, we need to find a different way of relating to these situations.
In these weekly classes, we will gradually become familiar with the practice of patient acceptance, cultivating a cool, calm and collected mind that allows us to navigate life’s difficulties, and create positive outcomes out of challenging situations.
We will train our mind through meditation, to look at frustrating situations in a more realistic manner, so that we can free ourself from unnecessary mental suffering, and respond in the most constructive way.
Each class will consist of teachings, guided meditations, and time to relax and enjoy.
The classes suitable for both newcomers and those with some experience to meditation.
