Anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems for people in our busy, modern world. Meditation is an effective way to deal with negative states of mind and create a sense of peace and mental freedom. If our mind is peaceful we shall be free from worries and discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.
Enjoy a morning of guided breathing meditation with local meditation teacher Natalie, and receive practical advice on how to integrate a meditation practice into daily life in order to enjoy a life grounded in wisdom, joy and inner peace.
Suitable for beginners. Everyone is welcome!
