Explore Buddha’s inspiring teachings on our human potential, how it exists amidst our present limitations and how by learning to identify our self differently we can come to reach the ultimate attainment of enlightenment.

Many of us suffer from lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem – completely unaware of the extraordinary potential that exists within each us. During this retreat, Kelsang Jampel will explain how we can start to recognize and eventually realize the potential for love, compassion and wisdom inside our hearts so that we can improve ourself as a person, develop authentic confidence and benefit others.

This retreat is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
