Letting Go ~ of negative karma

innerfreedom     on Sunday 22nd November
                            9am - 2pm
               at Mahasiddha Centre

Deep down our heart-felt wish is to be lastingly happy and free from all problems and suffering. The main obstacles to the fulfillment of our wishes are the inner burden of negative feelings and attitudes, our karma. This often seems to get us down, leaving us feeling uncomfortable, frustrated, sick and tired.

On this course we learn special methods to detach ourselves, to let go of our attachments, our worries, our mental and physical baggage - by practicing effective and powerful meditations that free the heart. This is beneficial for everyone!
Everyone is welcome

      course cost: R130   incl. refreshments

Maitreya is the manifestation of the loving-kindness of all Buddhas. By receiving his blessings and following Buddha's timeless, practical advice it is easy to increase our love and compassion for all living beings. This gives us the ability to maintain a happy and peaceful mind all the time, and become of great benefit to others.

Don't miss this very meaningful weekend - the annual gathering of the South African Kadampa Buddhists and Centre friends. While you are here, enjoy transformative teachings, guided meditations, and beautiful prayers for world peace. “When we have practiced many different meditations we shall experience their effects, but it is the meditation on death that leaves the biggest impression on our mind.”
