At the Kadampa Meditation Centre we host regular morning or daylong city retreats which give the participants the opportunity to deepen their familiarity with the practice of meditation. These retreats are mostly suitable for every level of practitioner including newcomers.
By training in retreat in the city, we improve our experience of integrating our spiritual practice into our daily life, which is the very essence of Modern Buddhism. Everyone is welcome!
