On this special morning retreat in Midlands, discover special ways of thinking and being that enable the inner experience of a peaceful and productive happiness. With Buddhist monk Kelsang Jampel, enjoy guided meditations and discover how to transform conflicts and find harmony and acceptance in our relationships. Everyone is welcome! 

There will be two sessions each consisting of a combination of teaching and guided meditations.
