Meditation is becoming a progressively more sought after skill in coping with modern life. Increasing pressures in different areas of life can make for an unhappy life if we are not able to remain connected to our own inner peace.
We all have the potential to experience limitless happiness but if our mind is disturbed even slightly this is impossible. The effect of meditation is to make our mind calm, opening the possibility to be happy and fulfilled no matter what is happening externally.
In this series of 4 classes Matevhu Davhana will explain how to begin meditating, giving us a tool we can use to seek happiness from a different source. These classes will prepare us to try meditations from simple breathing meditations to even more contemplative meditations.
