In our meditation classes we learn different meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddhist wisdom through which we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind no matter what our external conditions are. We learn to let go of negative ways of thinking to solve our daily problems of anger, jealousy and uncontrolled desire and replace them with positive attitudes that bring happiness. We also discover our own potential for limitless happiness, love and compassion.
