It is important to attend the introduction if you are wishing to attend any part of the retreat. The first 2 days (4th and 5th January) of the retreat will be guided to help develop the correct minds to enter the retreat, thereafter sessions will be self guided.

The sadhana The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land According to Highest Yoga Tantra will be used in the retreat sessions. Available for purchase from the BOOK SHOP at KMC Durban.
This session will include prayers to the Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden from Heart Jewel sadhana.
Please arrive at least 15mins before the beginning of a session.
Meals are not provided. Please bring your own vegetarian meals if you wish.
