Finally, the return of a weekday morning meditation class!
Since happiness and suffering are states of mind – and we all know which one we want – we all need to learn how to control our mind and emotions. In this series of classes inspiration will be drawn from the book by the same name by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche. We will learn the principles we need, to connect with our own peaceful potential as well as being guided in meditation as a way of achieving this.
This class is suitable for beginners and those with some experience alike. Everybody’s welcome!
