An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until March 19, 2024
We all have an idea of how we would like things to change in our life, but – how to do it?
Probably we’ve tried many different things with no lasting results. We may even be tending towards the fact that the change is going to have to start in our own mind. There is a special, practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings, suitable for modern people, relating to the changes we’re seeking, called Lamrim.
In this series of meditation classes, Buddhist monk Gen Jampel will introduce us to these unique ways of viewing life, our self, our world and others. These views function in our mind to ignite our potential for positive change.
The peaceful class environment and kind guidance gives the support we need to begin tasting real change.
Each class is self-contained and is also presented as part of a series. Drop into any class.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners and no special clothing is required.
