An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until February 7, 2024
We are alive, therefore we will die.
This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact.
In this series we will gain the confidence to live a happy and meaningful life, to prepare for death, and to help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, remembering death and death itself can become a positive experience.
Class will include guided meditations and advice from Buddha’s teachings. The main text that will be used during this series is Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully which is available for purchase at the class or from KMC Durban book store in Westville.
Each class is self-contained and is also presented as part of a series. Drop into any class.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners and no special clothing is required.
