An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Saturday, repeating until August 3, 2024
Ever feel overwhelmed and like giving up as life relentlessly serves up one difficulty after the next?
What we really need is to know how to transform difficult situations so that we can use our problems and suffering to bring about real benefit. If we don’t learn how to transform them in this way, they end up being just another seemily unchangeable situation that we try to accept.
Buddha taught methods for doing just this. These methods were initially kept secret, but later made available to those who wished to use them. They will be explained in a very practical and accessible way by Buddhist teacher Cas Bodley, giving you the opportunity to use them immediately.
It’s time to take the power back with these inspiring solutions for difficult times.
These classes are suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their experience. They can be attended as a series or on a drop in basis. Each class consists of a talk and guided meditations with the opportunity to stay after the class ask questions and discuss the topic over refreshments.
Everybody’s Welcome!
