How to be completely fine when things go wrong is an elusive skill for most of us.
In this meditation series with Buddhist monk Gen Jampel, we will be introduced to the Buddhist training called Lojong. These are special ways of understanding life and methods of dealing with difficulties that give us some longed for abilities. They enable us to remain on our feet, feeling genuinely ok when things get tough as well as gain the capacity to turn tragedy into a force for good.
Our lives are filled with adverse conditions which seem to be increasing and tragedies are a reality – we need these methods more now than ever. Its going to be a meaningful series of meditation classes.
