An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Saturday, repeating until March 23, 2024
We all have a few bad habits with respect to our ways of thinking, or perhaps more than a few.
Some of these negativities we know very well, others might be completely hidden for us. In this meditation series Buddhist monk, Gen Jampel will guide us on a journey of meditations called Lamrim, which resolve unexamined contradictions in our mind and lead us to the freedom that unlocks and nutures our good qualities.
It’s what we’ve really been looking for – an authentic and gentle method to solve our problems and make our life positive, fulfilling and happy. It also provides an opportunity to grow our capacity in making a real difference in this world, by helping others skillfully.
Each class is self-contained and is also presented as part of a series. Drop into any class.
Classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners and no special clothing is required.
