Mmm it’s a good question…
Maybe another important question is how well is our happiness strategy working? Is it producing the goods? Have all the things we’ve achieved resulted in a life of lasting happiness, satisfaction and contentment?
Probably at the very least we’d find some room for some improvement in our happiness strategy. Maybe we can see that this part of our life could use a complete overhaul. It’s time to scrap our old approach and go back to the drawing board.
In this meditation class series Buddhist monk, Gen Jampel will explain how to prepare ourselves to take on a happiness strategy that delivers far beyond our expectations. Through developing equanimity we can begin to grow the responses to daily life that produce pure happiness.
