An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until July 18, 2023
If our state of mind determines our quality of life then it would make sense that we should know our mind really well. We should also be getting better and better at controlling it so that it does what we want. But how well do we actually know our mind?
Buddha was a master of the mind and as a result attained an experience of permanent freedom from any and all suffering. Not only that but he began to experience a happiness beyond what we can imagine, that never let him down.
In this meditation class series Buddhist monk, Gen Jampel will be introducing us to Buddha’s way of understanding our mind and then how to control it to have progressively more pure and blissful experiences.
