The key to harmonious relationships comes in understanding the deeper purpose of our relationships.
Often we look outside of ourself, to family and friends for love and happiness. However, from the spiritual perspective happiness comes within, it comes from the peaceful and positive minds of love, compassion, kindness, patience, generosity and so on. It is precisely in our relationships – both the joyful and the more challenging ones – that we are afforded the opportunity to train in these happiness-creating minds.
In this half day course, through talks and guided meditations, we will look at profound Buddhist practices that enable us to bring harmony and meaning to all of our relationships.

An ordained Buddhist nun for many years, Chosang has enjoyed practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and is able to share her experience in a clear and accessible way.
