An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until April 26, 2023
Do you think being patient is a good idea? Are you patient? Would you like to be more patient more of the time?
No one wants to get angry, but from time to time we all get angry. Maybe your anger isn’t full blown rage, but are you familiar with irritation, annoyance or impatience?
During this series of meditation classes, we will be exploring the mind of patience.
Every situation that could give rise to anger is also an opportunity to develop the strong, stable and peaceful mind of patience. Learn how to stop the mind of anger and use your every day experience to develop and improve the serene and beautiful mind of patience.
The class includes an inspiring talk and two guided meditations, followed by optional refreshments and discussion.
Everybody is welcome!
