It seems like no matter how hard we try life is continuously difficult and problems are never-ending. To make matters worse even with immense effort we seem to be getting stuck in so many different ways that it feels impossible to make any progress towards a happy life. Normally our conclusion is that it’s the fault of others, circumstances and environments but there is a hidden enemy. It lies within our own mind and is the source of all these sufferings and problems. In this series of meditations learn how to recognize and free yourself from your uncontrolled desire.
