Celebrating Kindness | Meditation & High Tea

Wondering what to do for Mothers day?

In a world filled with busyness and distraction, it is very special to stop and appreciate how in truth we are all connected in a web of kindness.

At first we may think this is not the case, but we just need to learn to recognise this truth and we’ll begin to feel completely different about the people we live with and everyone surrounding us.

Some of the greatest kindness we have received has come from our own parents especially our mum.  In this Mother’s Day event we will celebrate the kindness of all our mothers.  Buddhist monk, Gen Jampel will help us connect with and feel this kindness and then using Buddhist wisdom transform this appreciation into a love that envelopes all living beings.

Come and enjoy a special treat of a talk and guided meditation by Buddhist Monk, Gen Kelsang Jampel, followed by a scrumptious High Tea.

Everyone’s welcome!
