In this meditation class series Buddhist nun, Kelsang Chosang will guide you in the methods to grow your love, compassion and an extraordinary beneficial intention. Having developed such a beneficial intention, you will be guided into the true nature of reality, the way things really are. In so doing, you will gain freedom from limited states of mine and discover your full potential, who you really are.
