Tuesday evenings | How to live with purpose

We all want to know the secret to a happy, fulfilling and meaningful life. But in our fast-paced modern world, it can be difficult to know where to begin.

Among the many great Buddhist masters of the past, Atisha is one of the most revered. Renowned for his good heart and unwavering serenity, his peaceful presence had such a powerful effect on those around him that he became affectionately known as ‘Peace’.

Toward the end of his life, he shared the inner practices that led him to such deep inner calm. They are simple, profound methods we can use very effectively today.

Join Gen Jampel, a modern meditation teacher known for his insight and warmth, as he brings Atisha’s heartfelt advice to life. Each class will explore a key teaching and offer step-by-step guidance on how to apply it in your own life.
