This walk-in meditation class is suitable for everyone. It is especially geared towards going deeper into Buddhist insights to find lasting happiness and freedom from suffering. Each class involves guided meditations and teachings inspired by the book Modern Buddhism by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
